Refund Policy

Paid upgrades for CamLog, LoaderLog and GearIO are sold and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Refunds are governed by Paddle's buyer terms.

In summary

• Purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by the law of your country, or where Paddle chooses to issue one at its discretion.
• If you are in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, the UK, or another region with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies. Paddle administers it as the seller of record.
• Nothing here limits your rights where an App is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

How to request a refund

• Request one at paddle.net using the email address you purchased with, or
• Email hello@cameradept.app and we will raise it with Paddle for you.

What happens after a refund

A refund removes the upgrade from the production it unlocked. Your data is never deleted: everything you logged stays available to you, and only team sync stops.
